How do I sign-up?
  1. To sign up you can log on to and click on get started.
  2. Select one of the five options that best defines your role: Student, Teaching Staff, Company Staff, Parent or None of the above.
  3. After you enter your email address along with a few other details you’ll be asked to verify your account by clicking on the verification email you receive in your mail inbox.
PS. Check your spam folder in case you don’t receive an email within 5 minutes.
How do I sign in?
  1. To sign in to your account you can log on to and click on Sign in.
  2. After clicking on sign in, enter your email address and password that you registered with.
How do I get an update on my application?
We will notify you a week before a virtual work experience programme is about to start if you have a place. If you have not heard from us you can speak to our support team on live chat.
How do I reset my password?
  1. To reset your password log on to and click on sign in.
  2. After entering your email address, proceed and click on “Forgot password” on the Enter your password page.
